STAMFORD HOUSE GYM
Our modern and friendly gym features 21 Cybex fitness stations, consisting of 9 Resistance machines and 11 Cardiovascular pieces of equipment.  We also have a muscle toning 'Power Plate' which targets the body through vibration exercise.

We have a wide range of free weights to choose from, very light and extremely heavy dumbbells, EZ bars, hammer curl bars and straight bars.  Our weights area also has 2 benches and Swiss exercise balls which can be used for abdominal and core stability work.  For the boxing enthusiast we have a heavy weight punch bag with gloves.  We provide full fitness and exercise programs to follow if needed and advice is always available from our qualified staff.

Membership packages start at £20 per month.  Full peak use of the gym, spa and all studio classes £30 a month. 

Call in and meet one of our Gym instructors who can help you plan a new fitter you!  Personal Training and Sports Massage are also available at competitive rates.

SPA AREA
We have a lovely single sex Spa Area where you can use our Sauna, Steam Room and Spa Bath.  The Spa Area is included in our full Gym membership or you can use it for only £5 per visit.

Spa opening times: Ladies - Monday & Wednesday 4.30 - 9.30pm, Men - Tuesday & Thursday 4.30 - 9.30pm.
 
FITNESS CLASSES
We are proud to have Manchester's top Group Fitness instructors teaching our classes at Stamford House.  We offer fun and effective workouts for all levels of fitness. No membership is required, pay as you go at £3.95 per class or buy a 10 class card for £32.50.

BODY TONE
This body conditioning class focuses on toning up all those wobbly bits.  No fancy choreography, very suitable for beginners.

SIMPLE STEP & TONE
Easy to follow Step patterns mixed in with toning intervals.  A very effective way to burn calories and tone up all in one session.

STEP & TONE
More challenging step patterns than our Simple Session, fantastic toning, a great all rounder.

STEP CHALLENGE
The ultimate in Step choreography, only suitable for experienced Steppers.  If you take this Challenge you will be rewarded with a fantastic workout!

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
Exactly what it says ,be prepared to feel the burn.

DANCERCISE
Easy to follow dance routines no experience needed.

CARDIO COMBAT
an energetic programme inspired by martial arts

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
All over body workout including some step, aerobics and light hand weights.

YOGA/PILATES
Strengthen, stretch and tone the body. Great for everyone especially those who do not want to jump around.

Some classes may require pre-booking with payment.

ancellations to be before 4 pm for payment to be carried forward and not deducted from your prepaid class card.

CORRECT FOOTWEAR - should be worn at all times, if you are not sure please ask at reception.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS - Please discuss with the instructor prior to starting the class. A pre-exercise questionnaire must be handed to the instructor prior to the start of the class.
